THE LOCAL FEDERAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE (LFCC) IS YOUR "BOARD OF DIRECTORS". The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) is responsible for the oversight of the North Central West Virginia Combined Federal Campaign (NCWVCFC). The LFCC is composed of Federal employees working in the seven county area that makes up the NCWV CFC. Decisions regarding the inclusion of charities in your local campaigns are made by the LFCC.
The North Central West Virginia LFCC has the responsibility of reviewing and approving local, adjacent and statewide applications for inclusion in the NCWVCFC.
The Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) manages the NCWV CFC. Every year, the LFCC selects one of the voluntary organizations to manage the campaign and its financial accounts. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) sets strict requirements for this role. The LFCC has chosen United Way of Harrison County for these responsibilities for the 2011, 2012 and 2013 campaigns.
